Job summary

Franco Manca in Westminster is seeking a Supervisor or Team Leader to deliver exceptional service and support daily operations in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

You will lead by example, coach the team, monitor stock, and help manage rotas while upholding Franco Manca’s high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• You will have previous experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role within a Hospitality or fast paced restaurant setting.
• Have a passion for great Italian food and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• A commitment to upholding Franco Manca's values and delivering top-quality service.

• £13.06 - 17.06 per hour OTE (including service charge - our data says you can earn between £2 to £4 per hour on top of your pay)
