Job summary

Franco Manca Bristol is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead one of our buzzing pizzerias. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure the dough and guest experience are on point, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding service.

You’ll manage budgets, schedules and health and safety, while building strong relationships with customers and the local community. In return you’ll receive £37,000–£57,000 OTE, quarterly bonuses up to 30%, free pizzas on every shift, 28 days holiday and access

• Experience leading a hospitality team is preferred.
• Strong customer service and guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage budgets and ensure health & safety compliance.
