Job summary

Franco Manca is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager and lead a team to deliver outstanding service. You will ensure every pizza leaving the kitchen meets quality standards and foster a fun, supportive environment for staff.

You will oversee shifts, manage customer feedback, and help with stock and scheduling, staying hands-on to keep operations smooth and guest satisfaction high.

Qualifications

• Management or Supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurants.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in steering the team and running shifts.
• Support the Manager in delivering excellent service and ensuring pizzas are prepared to standard.
• Inspire, coach and develop staff to perform at their best.
• Roll up sleeves and manage busy shifts, handle feedback, and oversee operations behind the scenes.
• Monitor stock levels and staff schedules to keep the restaurant balanced.
• Step in when the Manager is away to maintain Franco Manca standards.

• As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be the right-hand person to the Restaurant Manager, helping to steer the team and keep things running like clockwork.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

• You’ll have Management or Supervisory experience in Hospitality or restaurants, with a knack for creating a brilliant guest experience.
