Job summary

The Fulham Shore PLC's Franco Manca in Bath is seeking a Supervisor to lead by example and deliver exceptional service to every guest. You will support daily operations and help maintain our high standards of quality and speed.

You’ll bring previous supervisory experience in hospitality, a passion for Italian food, strong leadership and communication skills, and a hands-on, flexible approach to evenings, weekends and holidays. Join a friendly, inclusive team.

What You’ll Do: Lead by example, delivering exceptional service to every guest.

Monitor stock levels, handle deliveries, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all food hygiene regulations.

What You’ll Bring to the Role: You will have previous experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role within a Hospitality or fast paced restaurant setting.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
