Job summary

Zizzi Restaurants in Norwich is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor or Shift Leader to join our management team. You will be a hands-on leader responsible for critical areas such as the bar, food pass, or hosting, especially during peak shifts, and will run the restaurant during quieter periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment with leadership responsibilities.
• Hands-on leader capable of motivating Front of House teams.
• Confident communicator with ability to manage peak shifts and guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Run the restaurant during quieter periods, ensuring smooth and safe operation.
• Lead from the front during peak rushes, owning Pass, Bar or Floor for seamless service.
• Step in to resolve guest issues on the floor with a positive solution.
• Motivate and coach the Front of House team to deliver standout hospitality.
• Ensure picture-perfect dish presentation and high restaurant standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for team and guests.
