Job summary

Zizzi Restaurants is seeking a hands-on Supervisor/Shift Leader in the United Kingdom to guide a busy shift and run the restaurant during quieter periods. You will oversee sections such as the bar or food pass, ensuring service remains smooth and guest-focused.

You'll lead teams with energy, coach staff to raise performance, and maintain high standards of presentation and guest experience, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality, retail, or leisure environment.
• Confident, hands-on communicator with energy and lead-by-example attitude.
• Structured thinker who can organise a floor section and adapt on the fly.
• Reliable and ready to support the team during peak times, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Run the restaurant during quieter periods, ensuring smooth and safe operations.
• Lead from the front during peak rushes, owning the Pass, Bar, or Floor.
• Resolve guest issues on the floor with a positive, feel-good solution.
• Motivate and coach Front of House to deliver standout hospitality.
• Care about dish presentation, standards, and details that make occasions special.
• Keep the restaurant safe, clean, and welcoming for team and guests.
