Job summary

Zizzi Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead busy service periods, cover shifts, and uphold high standards of hospitality. You’ll oversee critical sections such as the bar, food pass, or hosting, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll coach the Front of House team, maintain quality and safety, and drive excellent guest experiences across peak and quiet periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment with leadership responsibilities.
• Confident, hands-on communicator with high energy and lead-by-example attitude.
• Structured thinker who can organise a floor section and think quickly during busy shifts.
• Reliable and prepared to guide and support the team during peak times, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Run the restaurant during quieter periods, ensuring smooth and safe operations.
• Lead from the front during peak rushes with full ownership of the Pass, Bar, or Floor.
• Step in to resolve guest issues on the floor with a positive solution.
• Motivate and coach the Front of House team to improve skills and deliver standout hospitality.
• Care about dish presentation, restaurant standards and details for standout occasions.
• Keep the restaurant safe, clean, and welcoming for team and guests.
