Job summary

Zizzi is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor or Shift Leader to join our management team in Royal Leamington Spa. You’ll oversee key areas and run the restaurant during quieter shifts, stepping up for peak times to keep service smooth.

• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality or leisure environment.
• Confident, hands-on communicator with a lead-by-example attitude.
• Structured thinker who can organise a floor section on demand.
• Reliable and able to support the team during evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Run the restaurant during quieter periods to ensure smooth operation.
• Lead from the front during peak rushes with ownership of Bar, Pass, or Floor.
• Resolve guest issues on the floor with a positive solution.
• Motivate and coach the Front of House team to deliver standout hospitality.
• Maintain high standards of food presentation and restaurant cleanliness.
• Keep the restaurant safe, clean, and welcoming for staff and guests.
