Job summary

Zizzi Restaurants in Manchester is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor or Shift Leader to join our busy team. You'll oversee sections such as the bar, pass, or hosting during peak shifts and run the restaurant during quieter periods.

Leading from the front with hands-on energy, you’ll motivate and coach the Front of House team, maintain high standards, and ensure smooth service, guest care, and safety throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality or retail environment.
• Confident, hands-on communicator with energy and lead-by-example.
• Structured thinker who can organise a floor section.
• Reliable and able to guide the team during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Run the restaurant during quieter periods, ensuring smooth operations.
• Lead from the front during peak rushes with ownership of the Pass, Bar, or Floor.
• Resolve guest issues on the floor with a positive, solutions-focused approach.
• Motivate and coach the Front of House team to deliver standout hospitality.
• Maintain picture-perfect dish presentation and uphold restaurant standards.
• Keep our restaurants safe, clean, and welcoming for your team and guests.
