Position Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Ritz Restaurant Department as a Restaurant Receptionist.

As a Restaurant Receptionist, you must be passionate about delivering and conveying service excellence both in person and over the phone. This role requires providing a warm and friendly meeting and greeting service and taking reservations for the Michelin Star Ritz Restaurant. You must be fully conversant with all menus within the Restaurant and knowledgeable of all other Food & Beverage and Hotel Outlets. Our Restaurant Receptionists are encouraged to up-sell rooms and cross-sell to our Food & Beverage Outlets.

Entry Requirements

• Strong administrative skills and computer knowledge
• Relevant experience in a 5-Star or fine dining property
• Awareness of luxury service standards
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and strong organisational skills
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
• Polite and professional attitude towards internal and external guests
