We are looking to welcome an experienced Reception Manager to the team.
With the customer at the heart of everything we do, you must have a passion for
leading the reception team to deliver the ultimate guest experience.
You will be experienced in leading a team in a luxury lifestyle venue
whilst delivering consistent, efficient service at an impeccable standard.

The ideal Reception Manager will have:
·
Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a
similar rolein luxury lifestyle venue
·
Advanced knowledge ofOpenTable or Seven
Rooms
·
Immaculately presented, attentive and naturally
guest focused
·
Strong people management skills and experience
with managing a team
·
Ability to build strong relationships at all
levels and with guests.
·
A passion for hospitality and customer service
·
Must have high level of both spoken and written
English
·
Ability to work under pressure
·
Ability to motivate and drive the team
·
An excellent team player
