Located in the Heart of London, Mercure London Bridge hotel is looking for a Reception Manager to bring your sparkling personality and social skills.

Role Responsibilities:

As our Reception Manager, you will:

  • Be a lively, upbeat personality capable of building rapport quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, including staff scheduling, recruitment, and purchasing
  • Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to address guest complaints and find solutions
  • Coordinate with different hotel departments to ensure a memorable guest experience
  • Motivate and inspire your team to deliver high-quality service, with a focus on guest relations, especially for guests requiring special attention

We value proactivity, curiosity, creativity, and a good sense of humor. You should enjoy learning and developing your team members.

As part of the management team, you will participate in meetings and Duty Management shifts.
