Key Responsibilities
- Perform waiter/waitress duties as needed
- Monitor and increase Spend Per Head
- Organize and manage shifts as duty manager
- Maintain restaurant consumables within budget
- Manage stock control, wastage, ordering, invoicing, and maintenance
- Prepare a two-week rota in advance, based on forecasts
- Conduct regular reviews for team development
- Coordinate with the General Manager on training and guidance
- Assess staffing needs weekly and recruit proactively
- Lead restaurant recruitment, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Onboard new staff, complete training, and ensure CPL compliance
- Maintain an up-to-date Talent Pipeline with training and succession plans
- Conduct monthly health checks with action plans
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and legislative requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role
- Experience managing a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail, highly organized, capable of multitasking
- Proactive, independent worker with good judgment
