Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group, home to the renowned Holborn Dining Room in London, seeks a Restaurant Coordinator to support the smooth operation of the restaurant through effective administration and inter-team communication.

You will work closely with leadership and the Reservations, Floor Management and Kitchen teams to maintain high standards of guest service and operational efficiency in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality mindset and guest service focus.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Clear communication across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of all restaurant operations (Runners, Waiters, Head Waiters, Bar, Barista, Reception).
• Support restaurant reservations and overflow calls.
• Know Time & Attendance, materials control and recruitment administration systems.
• Respond to guest reviews in a professional manner following Rosewood standards.
• Build relationships with F&B Reservations, Floor Management and Kitchen teams.
