Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group's Holborn Dining Room in London is seeking a Restaurant Coordinator to support the smooth operation of the restaurant through effective administration and cross‑team coordination.

You will assist with the reservations process, handle overflow calls, maintain Time & Attendance and recruitment systems, and respond to guest reviews in a professional, Rosewood standard manner while building strong relationships with the reservations, floor management and kitchen teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and high attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and teamwork.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
