Bistrot Pierre in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Deputy Manager to build on your leadership experience and take on greater responsibility, working with the General Manager to drive standards, develop the team and deliver strong commercial performance.

You’ll be a visible presence on the floor, supporting service while helping to shape the culture and direction of the restaurant and Bistrot Pierre.
