Job summary

GAUCHO is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our Head Office team in London. You will be fully accountable for the GAUCHO restaurant in terms of guest experience, finance, sales growth, legal compliance and team development for FOH operations.

You will work closely with senior managers to run a smooth operation, manage P&L and drive standards, with training provided by the GAUCHO Academy and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator and inspirational leader.
• Evidence of managing a team of people.
• In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry.
• Genuine passion for heightened hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Work with the General Manager to execute the plan in place to beat the budget, driving top line sales.
• Oversee team objectives and engaging development plans, and executing the succession plan in place.
• Drives the GAUCHO culture, inspires, guides and educates hourly team members.
• Ensures a fully trained team regarding compliance and is personally fully trained, achieving above 95% on shield and food audits.
• Supporting the General Manager with bespoke local initiatives and local advertising.
• Enforcing brand standards in regard to consistent strong guest feedback and mystery diner results.
