The Role |

As a Restaurant Operations Director, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, uphold high standards, and achieve restaurant performance goals. You will coach and develop your team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment while driving business results.

Key Responsibilities |

• Foster a positive, inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation, providing training, coaching, and mentorship to emerging leaders.
• Ensure excellence in guest experience by maintaining exceptional service standards and equipping your team with necessary skills and mindset.
• Manage financial aspects including budgeting, inventory, labour, and strategic marketing, analyzing data to inform business decisions and pursue continuous improvement.
• Recruit, develop, and nurture your team, supporting their personal and professional growth.
• Create an inclusive environment where team members feel respected and empowered to flourish in their roles and careers.
• Be a forward-thinking problem solver, capable of making quick decisions and thinking on your feet.
