The role |

As a General Manager, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards and expectations. You will coach and develop your team, driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

• Prioritize creating a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to emerging leaders.

• Manage finances including budgeting, inventory, labor, and strategic marketing. Use data analysis to inform business decisions and foster continuous improvement.
