The Hunloke Arms is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a warm, welcoming front-of-house team and partner with the General Manager, Head Chef and Bar Manager to deliver excellent food and drink, quality service, and a friendly atmosphere.

You will drive a culture of learning and development, run monthly team meetings and 1:1 reviews, monitor ticket times and guest satisfaction, and provide guidance to keep the team motivated.

Responsabilidades

• Grow a highly skilled & motivated front-of-house team and work closely with the General Manager, Head Chef and Bar Manager to ensure guests receive excellent food and drink, quality and efficient service in a warm, friendly environment.
• Conduct monthly team meetings, 1:1s and personal development reviews to support and motivate the team, monitor ticket times and guest experience, and address complaints as needed.
