Job summary

Hungry Horse is seeking a proactive Team Leader to guide front-of-house during busy shifts, ensuring smooth service, a warm welcome, and consistent guest experiences across our pub. You’ll deputise for the management team and coordinate the team to run like clockwork.

You’ll keep the bar safe and compliant, drive high standards, support colleagues, and resolve issues quickly. With a hands-on approach and strong communication, you’ll help deliver great service, training, and a welcoming

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and motivate a team during busy shifts.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
