Job summary

Chilled Pubs is seeking a Restaurant Manager to grow and lead a skilled front-of-house team. You will partner with the General Manager, Head Chef and Bar Manager to uphold warm service, quality standards, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive learning and development, run monthly team meetings and 1:1s, monitor ticket times, and handle guest feedback with a focus on staff motivation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Leads and develops a high-performing front-of-house team.
• Ensures guest experiences meet quality standards.
• Manages monthly team meetings, 1:1s and development reviews.
• Collaborates with GM, Head Chef and Bar Manager to deliver service excellence.
