Job summary

The Hunloke Arms is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a motivated front-of-house team and work closely with the General Manager, Head Chef and Bar Manager to ensure warm, friendly service and excellent guest experiences. You will drive learning and development through monthly meetings, 1:1s, and reviews while monitoring service standards, ticket times, and quality.

We are looking for a hands-on leader with strong hospitality experience, excellent people skills and a track record of coaching

• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-of-house team to deliver warm, consistent service.
• Collaborate with the General Manager, Head Chef and Bar Manager to maintain food, drink and service standards.
• Conduct monthly team meetings, 1:1s and development reviews to grow staff capability.
• Monitor ticket times, food and drink quality, and overall guest experience, resolving issues promptly.
