Peach Pubs is seeking a confident and commercially minded Restaurant Manager to lead a vibrant gastro pub team. You will partner with the General Manager, own shifts and drive exceptional guest experiences while sustaining high standards of service and performance.

As a senior leader, you’ll coach front-of-house staff, develop talent, and help deliver strong revenue growth within a welcoming, values‑led pub group recognised for progression and people‑first hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the General Manager with day-to-day leadership of a gastro pub.
• Taking ownership of shifts and leading the team with energy and care.
• Coaching and developing front-of-house colleagues and future leaders.
• Delivering warm, memorable guest experiences and high service standards.
• Managing sales, labour, stock and compliance.
• Driving revenue and guest satisfaction.
