Peach Pubs is seeking a confident, inspiring General Manager to take overall responsibility for one of our gastro pubs. You will lead the pub, set hospitality standards, develop your team and drive sales and profit, creating a welcoming pub at the heart of its community.

You’ll join a values-led hospitality business that invests in training, celebrates individuality and gives you freedom to make a real difference for your team, guests, suppliers and the planet.

Qualifications

• Experience as a General Manager, Pub Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality General Manager or senior multi-skilled hospitality leader.

Responsabilités

• Lead the day-to-day and long-term success of a Peach gastro pub.
• Own the pub’s sales, profit, labour, stock, standards and guest experience.
• Coach and develop managers, supervisors and future leaders to deliver excellent hospitality.
