Job summary

Peach Pubs is seeking a confident Deputy Manager to lead a busy gastro pub, working closely with the General Manager to deliver brilliant service and strong commercial performance.

You’ll coach front of house teams, manage shifts, control standards and guest experiences, with training and progression opportunities across the Peach group.

Qualifications

• Experience as Deputy Manager or senior hospitality leader with a track record of coaching and developing teams.
• Confident leadership style that motivates front-of-house teams and drives guest satisfaction.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to manage sales, labour and standards.
• Customer-focused with passion for delivering great hospitality and consistent service.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager in day-to-day leadership of a busy gastro pub.
• Take ownership of shifts and lead the team with energy and care.
• Coach, motivate and develop front-of-house staff and future leaders.
• Deliver warm, memorable guest experiences and maintain high service standards.
• Manage sales, labour, stock, standards and team performance.
• Drive revenue and commercial results while ensuring a positive work environment.
