We’re looking for a confident, commercially aware and people-focused Restaurant Manager to help lead one of our fantastic pub teams. You’ll work closely with the General Manager, take ownership of shifts, inspire the front of house team, support business performance and help run a successful, welcoming pub at the heart of its local community.

At Peach Pubs, we create welcoming, characterful gastro pubs where guests love to spend time and teams love coming to work. Great hospitality starts with great people, so we focus on creating an inclusive, supportive and ambitious environment where you can learn, lead and thrive.
As Restaurant Manager, you’ll be a senior member of the pub leadership team, helping to deliver brilliant service, coach and develop talented people, drive sales, manage standards and support the commercial success of the pub.
You’ll be a great fit if you are:
We’re passionate about more than just great pubs. From supporting local charities and communities to reducing our environmental impact, we’re committed to making a positive difference.
Our team members are encouraged to get involved in fundraising, sustainability initiatives and community projects that help make life peachy for everyone.
The training at Peach has given me fantastic opportunities with uncapped learning and progression. It’s so great to feel like a valued part of the team and not just a number. I love working for a company with core values I respect and admire.
