Job summary

Peach Pubs is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a pub team, deliver warm guest experiences and support the General Manager in daily operations. You will manage shifts, coach staff, and ensure safety and standards while upholding Peach values.

This role offers hands-on leadership, comprehensive training and clear career progression across our growing pub group, with a focus on hospitality excellence, community engagement and making life peachy for guests and teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality supervisory roles such as Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or similar.
• Proven ability to coach, support and develop front-of-house teams.
• Strong focus on guest experience, service standards and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager with day-to-day pub operations.
• Lead, motivate and develop the front-of-house team.
• Deliver warm, memorable guest experiences and high service standards.
• Run successful shifts across bar, eatery and events service.
• Help manage sales, labour, stock and compliance.
• Create a positive, inclusive and organised working environment.
