Peach Pubs is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead busy pub teams and work closely with the General Manager. You will drive service standards, coach staff, and play a key role in delivering strong commercial results in a welcoming, community-focused pub.

Qualifications

• Experience in deputy/assistant management or senior hospitality leadership.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills.
• Commercially aware with focus on sales, labour, standards and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager with day-to-day leadership of the pub.
• Take ownership of shifts and lead the team with energy and care.
• Coach, motivate and develop front of house team members and future leaders.
• Deliver warm, memorable guest experiences and high service standards.
• Manage sales, labour, stock, standards, compliance and team performance.
• Help drive revenue and commercial results while maintaining a positive environment.
