Peach Pubs is seeking an Assistant Manager to join a welcoming gastro pub team. You will support the General Manager, coach front-of-house staff and help deliver memorable guest experiences in a community pub.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the gastro pub
• Leading, motivating and developing the front of house team
• Delivering warm, memorable guest experiences and high service standards
• Running successful shifts across bar, eatery and events service
• Helping to manage sales, labour, stock, standards, compliance and team performance
