You will lead a skilled team, manage budgets, ensure health and safety compliance, optimise stock and drive seasonal events, while collaborating with central teams to keep the store thriving and welcoming for colleagues and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a restaurant or food service operation.
• Understanding of budgets, profitability and driving sales.
• Strong stock controls and adherence to health & safety regulations.
• Ability to coach and train team members to deliver a first-class customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the restaurant operation including kitchen and front of house.
• Lead a team focused on delivering a great customer experience.
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Effective stock management to minimise wastage and keep stock available.
• Support in-store events and seasonal highlights.
• Communicate with central teams to maintain smooth operations and feedback loops.
• Work with Garden Centre Management to ensure a safe, commercially successful store.
