Jarrolds Letheringsett, in the North Norfolk countryside, combines a farm shop, deli and restaurant in a restored barn. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front‑of‑house team and deliver exceptional customer experience in a hands‑on role.

You will manage daily operations, staffing and rotas, supervise service standards, work with the kitchen and management teams, monitor stock and costs, and assist with seasonal events and summer evenings.

Formación

• Experience as Restaurant Manager or hospitality manager.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Organised, proactive and commercially aware.
• Passion for quality food, drink and local produce.
• Flexible approach to working weekends and occasional summer evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate and develop the restaurant team.
• Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing, rotas and service standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen, farm shop and management teams.
• Monitor stock levels, ordering and cost control.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and compliance.
• Support the planning and delivery of seasonal events and summer evening services.
• Drive sales and contribute to the continued success of the business.
