Jarrolds Letheringsett is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team and ensure outstanding guest experiences in our restaurant. You will oversee daily operations, train staff, and work closely with the kitchen to maintain high standards of service and presentation.

This role offers a balanced schedule with minimal evenings, supportive colleagues, and benefits. The position is based on-site at Holt, with 35 hours per week and opportunities to grow within our hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality supervision or management.
• Strong people leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage bookings and front-of-house operations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and guest experience.
• Coach and motivate front-of-house staff.
• Maintain presentation, cleanliness and customer care standards.
• Coordinate bookings, service flow and guest queries.
• Assist with stock control and opening/closing duties.
