Job summary

The3t in the United Kingdom is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a motivated front-of-house team. You will work closely with the General Manager, Head Chef and Bar Manager to ensure guests receive excellent food and drink, quality and efficient service in a warm and friendly environment.

Salary is negotiable based on experience. As a leader you will drive a culture of learning, conduct monthly team meetings and development reviews, monitor ticket times and guest experience, and handle guest

• Drive a culture of learning and development by conducting monthly team meetings, 121s and personal development reviews.
• Monitor ticket times, food and drink quality, guest experience and resolve any complaints while keeping staff well supported and motivated in their roles.
