Job summary

GAUCHO Liverpool is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee guest experience, financial performance, and team development. You will work with the General Manager to execute plans, drive top-line sales, ensure compliance and brand standards, and lead a high-performing front-of-house team.

Candidates should be an excellent communicator with proven team leadership and a deep knowledge of hospitality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with the General Manager to beat the budget and drive top line sales.

• Ensure a trained team on compliance and audits (shield and food audits).
• Support local initiatives and local advertising.
• Enforce brand standards to maintain strong guest feedback and mystery diner results.

Job description

GAUCHO are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our GAUCHO Liverpool team! The successful candidate will be fully accountable for the restaurant in terms of guest experience, finance, sales growth, legal compliance and team development FOH. The Restaurant Managers work closely with the senior managers to run a smooth and successful operation in terms of finance, product and people. The Restaurant Managers take charge of the controllable lines of the P&L as delegated and delivers the budget (bar stock etc).

Key Responsibilities of the GAUCHO Restaurant Manager

• Work with the General Manager to execute the plan in place to beat the budget, driving top line sales
• Oversee team objectives and engaging development plans, and executing the succession plan in place
• Drives the Gaucho culture, inspires, guides and educates hourly team members
• Ensures a fully trained team regarding compliance and is personally fully trained, achieving above 95% on shield and food audits
• Supporting the General Manager with bespoke local initiatives and local advertising
• Enforcing brand standards in regard to consistent strong guest feedback and mystery diner results
