Job summary

GAUCHO Chancery is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to be fully accountable for guest experience, finances, sales growth and team development. You will work with senior managers to run a smooth operation, overseeing P&L responsibilities and delivering the budget.

Responsibilities

• Work with the General Manager to execute the plan and beat the budget, driving top line sales.
• Oversee team objectives and development plans, and implement the succession plan.
• Inspire, guide and educate hourly team members to uphold GAUCHO culture.
• Ensure a fully trained team regarding compliance and audits (shield and food).
• Support the General Manager with bespoke local initiatives and local advertising.
• Enforce brand standards to maintain strong guest feedback and mystery diner results.
