Job summary

GAUCHO Liverpool is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to be fully accountable for guest experience, financials and team development. You will work with senior managers to run a smooth operation, owning P&L controllables and delivering the budget.

You will lead a high-performing team, ensure compliance, and drive local marketing initiatives while maintaining Gaucho brand standards and delivering outstanding guest feedback.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator and inspirational leader.
• Evidence of managing a team of people.
• In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry.
• WSET Level 2 desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work with the General Manager to execute the plan to beat the budget, driving top line sales.
• Oversee team objectives and development plans, and executing the succession plan.
• Drives the Gaucho culture, inspires and educates hourly team members.
• Ensures a fully trained team regarding compliance and audits.
• Supporting the General Manager with local initiatives and advertising.
• Enforcing brand standards for guest feedback and mystery diner results.

Job description

GAUCHO are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our GAUCHO Liverpool team! The successful candidate will be fully accountable for the restaurant in terms of guest experience, finance, sales growth, legal compliance and team development FOH. The Restaurant Managers work closely with the senior managers to run a smooth and successful operation in terms of finance, product and people. The Restaurant Managers take charge of the controllable lines of the P&L as delegated and delivers the budget (bar stock etc).

Key Responsibilities Of The GAUCHO Restaurant Manager

• Work with the General Manager to execute the plan in place to beat the budget, driving top line sales

• Supporting the General Manager with bespoke local initiatives and local advertising
• Enforcing brand standards in regard to consistent strong guest feedback and mystery diner results
