Job summary

Blue Stoops is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a highly skilled front-of-house team and partner with the General Manager, Head Chef and Bar Manager to deliver warm, consistent guest experiences.

You will foster learning and development, run monthly team meetings and one-to-one reviews, monitor ticket times and service quality, resolve guest complaints, and provide guidance to the team to keep motivation high and standards high.

Responsibilities

• Grow and lead a highly skilled front-of-house team.
• Work closely with the General Manager, Head Chef and Bar Manager to ensure guests receive excellent food, drink, and service in a warm, friendly environment.
• Drive a culture of learning and development across the team and improve guest experience scores.
• Conduct monthly team meetings and one-to-ones to support and motivate staff.
• Monitor ticket times, food and drink quality, guest experience, and resolve any complaints with guidance to the team.
