Job summary

The Ivy Collection is seeking a passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our fast-paced, high-volume venues. You will lead floor operations, ensure smooth service, and uphold our standards while delivering friendly, professional guest experiences.

• Show confidence in managing floor operations in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
• Ensure efficient flow of service during service periods whilst adhering to our service standards.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.
• Manage all employees in line with the agreed skills and standards, giving regular feedback and appraisals.
• Adhere to and uphold all food safety and quality regulations.
