RAD Hotel Group is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager for Brig o' Doon House Hotel. You will lead Tales Restaurant, manage front-of-house teams, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a historic setting with views of the River Doon.

This full-time role offers weekly pay, tips, staff meals, and opportunities for career progression within RAD Hotel Group's award-winning venues. Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a quality venue.
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel environment beneficial.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Positive, proactive, team-focused, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team.
• Manage daily restaurant operations, reservations, and table flow.

We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead Tales Restaurant, inspire our talented front-of-house team, and help deliver the exceptional standards our guests know and love.
