Hetland Hall Hotel, part of the RAD Hotel Group, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day hotel operations and ensure top-tier guest experiences in Scotland. We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations at Hetland Hall Hotel, ensuring smooth service, operational efficiency, and excellent guest experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the hotel to ensure smooth, efficient service across all departments.
• Leading, motivating, and developing departmental managers and wider hotel teams.
• Managing staffing levels, rotas, and operational costs to support business performance targets.
• Monitoring guest feedback and implementing improvements to maintain exceptional service standards.
• Ensuring all operational procedures, brand standards, and company policies are consistently followed.
• Supporting the delivery of weddings, events, restaurant, bar, and accommodation operations where required.
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety, compliance, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the hotel.
• Working closely with senior management to drive revenue, performance, and guest satisfaction.

• Proven experience in an Operations Manager or senior management role within hospitality.
