Brig o' Doon House Hotel, part of RAD Hotel Group, is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest service across all departments. You will lead on-shift teams, resolve guest inquiries, and uphold standards in cleanliness, presentation and service while managing basic financial duties.

The role offers varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with opportunities for career progression and ongoing training within RAD Hotel Group.

Formación

• Experience in supervisory or management role in a hotel or F&B environment.
• Exceptional guest service and problem resolution capabilities.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Flexible hours with weekend/holiday shift availability.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and ensure departments run to high standards.
• Primary guest contact; handle inquiries professionally.
• Lead and support the shift team; promote high performance.
• Maintain standards through regular checks on cleanliness, presentation and service.
• Manage cash handling and basic reporting.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety and hotel policies.
