Job summary

The Torridon, part of Relais & Châteaux, is seeking an 1887 Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operation of our award‑winning restaurant in the Scottish Highlands. This hands‑on role focuses on delivering exceptional 5‑star service, developing a high‑performing front‑of‑house team, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

You will work closely with the Head Chef, support wine and menu knowledge, and uphold luxury standards in a stunning, outdoors‑rich setting.

We are looking for a confident and engaging 1887 Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operation of our award‑winning restaurant at The Torridon. This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves exceptional service, develops great teams and takes pride in delivering memorable 5‑star hospitality in a place like no other.

At 1887, every detail matters — from the welcome at the door to the knowledge at the table and the final goodbye. You will lead the front‑of‑house team, work closely with the kitchen, support wine and menu knowledge, and ensure every guest feels genuinely cared for.

What you’ll do:
