Job summary

The Torridon in Scotland is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operation of our award-winning restaurant with passion and integirty. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves exceptional service and takes pride in delivering memorable 5-star hospitality in a place like no other.

You will lead the front-of-house team, work closely with the kitchen, support wine and menu knowledge, and ensure every guest feels genuinely cared for.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves exceptional service, develops great teams and takes pride in delivering memorable 5-star hospitality in a place like no other.

At 1887, every detail matters - from the welcome at the door to the knowledge at the table and the final goodbye. You will lead the front-of-house team, work closely with the kitchen, support wine and menu knowledge, and ensure every guest feels genuinely cared for. You will have personal resilience and able to rise to the challenge of running a world leading restaurant.
