Job summary

The Torridon, part of Relais & Châteaux, is seeking an 1887 Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operation of our award‑winning restaurant in the Scottish Highlands. This hands‑on role focuses on delivering exceptional 5‑star service, developing a high‑performing front‑of‑house team, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

You will work closely with the Head Chef, support wine and menu knowledge, and uphold luxury standards in a stunning, outdoors‑rich setting.

• Strong leadership experience in a high-quality hospitality environment.
• A natural host with warmth, confidence and attention to detail.
• Ability to coach and inspire a front-of-house team to 5‑star standards.
