Job summary

The Torridon in the Scottish Highlands is seeking an experienced 1887 Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operation of our award-winning restaurant. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves exceptional service, develops great teams and takes pride in delivering 5-star hospitality.

You’ll lead the front-of-house team, work closely with the kitchen, support wine and menu knowledge, and ensure every guest feels genuinely cared for.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-end restaurant service.
• Ability to coach and develop teams.
• Strong guest service and wine knowledge.
• Luxury hospitality background.

Responsibilities

• Lead smooth, confident and memorable restaurant service.
• Coach and inspire the 1887 team to 5-star standards.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and wider Food & Beverage team.
• Drive guest happiness, service standards and continuous improvement.
• Support productivity, stock control, sustainability and compliance.
