Requirements

• Passionate about supporting and developing your team to maintain high standards.
• Experienced in managing kitchen operations, planning shifts, and coaching team members.
• Knowledgeable about food safety, health and safety standards, and financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Enjoy celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs.
