Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and seat guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our dedication to customer commitment.
• Manage reservations and waiting lists accurately, demonstrating accountability and attention to detail.
• Communicate clearly with the front‑of‑house and kitchen teams to maintain smooth service flow.
• Provide information about the venue, menu and events, listening to guest enquiries and offering thoughtful recommendations.

Skills & Experience

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanour.
• Proven experience in a hospitality or front‑of‑house role, preferably within a restaurant or events venue.
• Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple bookings and guest requests simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team, listening to ideas and opinions while contributing constructively.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and a willingness to suggest and implement bold enhancements to the guest experience.
• High level of honesty and integrity, with a focus on delivering consistent, high‑quality service.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.

Salary: Competitive rate of pay, plus monthly service charge, typically £3,400 annually
