Grantley Hall is seeking a Head Waiter for Fletchers Restaurant. You will lead and develop the front‑of‑house team, ensuring flawless service to match Forbes and Michelin expectations. The role requires a customer‑first mindset and exceptional wine and etiquette knowledge.

Based at Grantley Hall, you will coordinate with kitchen, bar and spa, manage guest requests and oversee serviceware inventories. A flexible schedule with evenings, weekends and holidays is required to maintain luxury service

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior waiting or maître d’ role within luxury dining.
• Proven leadership with a track record of high-performing teams.
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage service standards, wine service and etiquette.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by the hospitality calendar.

• Conduct regular training sessions, performance reviews and briefings, fostering continuous improvement and curiosity among staff.
