KFC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in the United Kingdom. You will lead from the front, owning performance, people, culture and guest experience to deliver outstanding results.

You will build a high-performing team, attract and develop talent, and ensure smooth operations with strong financial stewardship. Our leaders are expected to drive a dynamic team environment, focus on guest satisfaction, and continuously improve through strong coaching and strategic planning with senior support

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in fast-paced hospitality or foodservice.
• Strong people development and coaching skills.
• Commercial awareness and KPI ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant from the front, owning performance, culture and standards.
• Build and coach a high-performing leadership team with clear delegation.
• Attract, develop and progress diverse talent across the restaurant.
• Set clear priorities, maintain operational standards and manage labour and stock.
• Deliver fast, friendly and consistent guest experiences and resolve issues professionally.
• Shape the restaurant's future with change, with support from the Area Coach.
